What Should a Perfect Breast Look Like?

Patients trust my vision because experience and taste have taught me to predict how a bust will look after surgery. Here is my standard of perfection:

Symmetry

The ideal breast should be as symmetrical as possible. In reality, slight asymmetry is normal and always remains after surgery, but the surgeon’s task is to come as close to perfection as nature allows. That’s why I devote significant time to markings, use precise instruments, and carefully calculate how the breast contours will change over time.

A Full Lower Pole

Many surgeons forget that true volume is created by the lower pole. If you draw a line across the nipple, the bottom half should be softly rounded and make up just over half of the overall volume.

A Refined, Gently Upturned Nipple

Some patients ask for nipples that point straight forward. I explain why this isn’t anatomically possible: the ribcage is curved, so nipples will always face slightly outward. To ensure they look elegant and natural, I adjust the inter-breast distance.

Ideally, this distance is narrow, with a well-defined upper and inner contour. This shape resembles the letter Y, which is why I often refer to cleavage correction as the Y-Line.

Every breast is unique, and we will determine your ideal result during the consultation.
